Description

A perennial herb with aromatic leaves and pink flowers in summer. Ideally suited to Mediterranean and rich meat dishes, the flavour also blends well with tomatoes and on your Friday night pizza.

Soil  Free draining with plenty of compost. When growing in pots ensure you use a good quality potting mix (quality is typically correlated to price…)

How to Plant  Seeds are very small, so create shallow trenches and sprinkle along. Water in, and then keep moist, not wet – as young seedling have the tendency to rot.
